Managing Partner of InterSearch Ireland, he began his career with InterSearch Ireland in 1996, becoming Managing Partner in 2010. Micheál was a member of the InterSearch Worldwide Board of Directors in 2017 - 2023.
He is the initiator and Head of the InterSearch Agriculture & Food Practice Group, supporting clients and candidates in the pre-farm, on-farm and post-farm sectors.
He is the initiator and former Head of the InterSearch Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice Group, supporting clients and candidates within the pharmaceutical, medical technologies and healthcare sectors.
He has worked with a variety of organisations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for leadership and management appointments. Many of these assignments involve multi-country search.
Micheál joined the Academy team in 2013 and became Head of the Academy in 2022, where he is responsible for training and development of talent within the InterSearch Worldwide organisation.
Micheál holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Galway and a master’s degree in human resources management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Duncan Gruselle has over 25 years executive search, selection and assessment experience working for organisations with a global footprint, as well as boutique firms. He was previously Head of the Healthcare Practice for a large UK search firm and has run international search assignments across healthcare, academia, technology, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical and food sectors. He relocated to Ireland with his family in 2008 and joined InterSearch in 2011. He enjoys working across a variety of functional specialisms including HR, Operations, Commercial, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
After graduating from University of Reading with a BSc in Psychology, his early career was in clinical psychology, working in a multidisciplinary NHS outreach team. He completed a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology at University of Cardiff, before focusing his career in executive search. He is motivated by the challenge of finding the ideal solution to meet a client’s expectations, whilst helping his candidates navigate the next stage of their career journey. His success comes through in-depth briefings with clients to understand organisational values, team fit and the current and future challenges of the role. A consistent theme throughout his career has been one of helping people progress their careers, matching experience and aspiration with opportunity.
Stephanie has worked with InterSearch since 2005 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each assignment. She coordinates client assignments, predominantly in the private sector area with both multinational and SMEs.
In her current role as Research Manager, Stephanie is responsible for coaching, mentoring, leading and developing the Research Team within InterSearch Ireland.
Her role involves crafting bespoke research strategies to consistently deliver high-quality talent mapping and market intelligence.
Key to her role is to staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving landscape of executive search and by doing so, to leverage advanced search methodologies, embracing the latest tools and technologies and utilizing cutting-edge platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our research methods.
With extensive executive search and research experience, as Research Manager, Stephanie ensures the allocation of research team resources to complete projects to an agreed timetable.
A graduate from University College Dublin, Stephanie holds an Honours Degree in Economics & Politics, a Masters in Economic Science and a Higher Diploma in Education.
Ciara began working at InterSearch Ireland in 2021 after graduating from University College Dublin.
As a Researcher, Ciara selects possible candidates and initiates contact with them for a variety of senior-level client projects. She keeps in daily contact with the Consultants to ensure that each executive search assignment is handled to a high standard. Ciara has been involved in the recruitment within Manufacturing, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Agriculture & Food sectors. She also manages the company’s social media outlets, website, and internal databases.
Ciara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Information & Social Computing and Modern Irish from University College Dublin.
Mehwish has joined Intersearch Ireland in 2022 as Executive Search Researcher after completing her Diploma in HR (CIPD) from Technological University of the Shannon.
Mehwish’s task is to identifying best-fit potential candidates for various roles and makes initial approaches for senior level client assignments. She has been involved in successfully sourcing of talent across multiple domains and industries, including Manufacturing, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Food sector. She stays in contact with Executive Search Consultants regarding the assignments so each one of them is handled and progressed to Intersearch’s set high standard.
Mehwish holds a B. Ed Degree, an Honours Degree in Management Sciences, a Masters in Public Administration with specialisation in HR and Diploma in HR (CIPD).
As a Research consultant Jack is responsible for researching and commencing communication with candidates and updating details on the CRM system such as adding candidate CVs.
He also communicates on a regular basis with Consultants to continue making progress in each assignment. He has been involved in recruitment within InterSearch in various sectors such as Medical Device, Manufacturing, Agriculture and food.
Jack has recently completed a Bachelor of Business Honours degree at TUS Athlone campus.
