Irish goods exports up 30pc in April to over €9bn

Irish exports of goods amounted to €9.18bn in April 2015.

30pc higher than in April 2014, mainly driven by medical and pharmaceutical products as well as organic chemicals.

Exports for the year to date (January to April) are up 20pc on the equivalent period in 2014, according to the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
