Duncan Gruselle
Project Director

Duncan moved to Ireland in 2008 after 13 years in executive search and selection in the UK. He joined InterSearch in 2011 to grow the board level public sector recruitment business, bringing specialist knowledge within Health, Education, Technology and Not for Profit sectors. Since joining he has recruited a wide range of senior Irish roles including University Professor and Chair appointments, as well as, Director roles in the Government Departments, the Health Service and Technology sector, including a significant number of international placements. He has also delivered executive search services for CEO and Director level Healthcare roles across the UK and further afield.

Duncan’s earlier track record includes Chief Executive and Chair appointments, Director roles in Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Facilities and Corporate Services, specialist clinical roles including Medical Director, Nursing Director and Medical Consultant positions, as well as senior regulatory body appointments in Health and Technology.

International experience – Ireland, United Kingdom, Jersey, Falkland Islands.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Clementina Mustapha
Executive Search Researcher

Clementina joined InterSearch Ireland in November 2016 and is one of the company’s Executive Search Researchers. With a combination of a good background in academic research and interest in industry and organisational leadership, Clementina works with the InterSearch Ireland Public Sector Division to identify relevant talents and facilitate the establishment of mutually beneficial relationship between prospective leaders and their desired organisation.

She holds a BSc. in Library Science Education and worked as a Reference Librarian in the Central Bank of Nigeria and later with Zenith Bank where she was in banking operations. In a career changing move in 2006 she went in to Community Development working with one of the Family Resource Centres in the Midlands of Ireland and obtained her BA in Applied Addiction Studies in 2011. Always looking to explore new challenges and with the changes in the socio-economic environment, she decided to get back to the business arena and obtained her MBS in 2016 from the Athlone Institute of Technology. The need to have a better understanding of business decision making process and be a part of a dynamic business environment was a basis for this decision. With this diverse experience, Clementina has been a vital member of the InterSearch Ireland team.
