Judit is a Harvard Business School graduate, seasoned top management professional with distinguished career of over 20+ years assuming leadership roles in steering entire range of business operations with prestigious organizations both in the corporate and the academic sectors.
With 14 years of experience in management consultancy she has been providing tailor-made services in the areas of strategic advising, business development and executive search. Beyond helping companies find strategic alliances and make strategic decisions she has provided services for NGOs, civil organizations and performing arts organizations, building strength in their marketing, strategic planning and developing.
She has gained significant cultural expertise by visiting more than 70 countries and working in several ones. As a certified cultural agility facilitator and Diversity & Inclusion expert she has been working with Fortune 1000 companies on implementing global inclusive leadership and business strategies. She is among the first signatories (2016) and the re-signatories (2017) of the EU Diversity Charter Hungary.
Now she works in executive search as a Director of InterSearch Hungary /Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Int. Management Consulting with a strong commitment to diversity & inclusion. That is why she also acts as the Sub Lead of Diversity & Inclusion Practice Group, CEE at InterSearch WW.
Her expertise with global organizations, highly diverse management teams and multiple languages, as well as her strategic consulting skills and client-oriented approach is a great asset to her clients around the world.
She is fluent in English, German, and her native Hungarian and speaks Russian. She earned a Master’s Degree in Economics (Academic Field: International Relations) from a leading Hungarian University, an MBA from the German European Business School and she is a Harvard Business School alumnus (AMP 177).
