Eimear O'Driscoll - Project Researcher of Private Sector

Eimear O’Driscoll

Eimear began her career with InterSearch Ireland in 2017. Her role as an executive search researcher involves collaborating with the project team, taking assignment briefs, and coordinating her research to source and forge relationships with suitable candidates for multiple senior management roles. These roles are mainly within the private sector, supporting organisations within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. She also manages InterSearch Ireland’s social media marketing, developing and implementing strategies for InterSearch Ireland’s social media channels.

Eimear holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Music from Maynooth University, a MBS from Athlone Institute of Technology, and is a member of the Midlands CIPD committee. One of the key interests she has developed through her academic and professional experience is analysing what drives individuals towards certain organisations and the impact an unfulfilled psychological contract can have on their intention to consider other opportunities.

Outside of work, Eimear continues to develop her passion for music and teaches weekly piano lessons, a commitment of hers for the last 8 years after achieving her Diploma with the London Victorian College of Music.
