    Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Business Development Ireland will be charged with overall responsibility for sales and revenue for the Ireland operations. The Successful candidate will also be charged with developing an expanded sales proposition by bringing ideas from conception, to design and successfully into the marketplace. The successful candidate will focus primarily on the company’s Workshop which offer state of the art facilities and have the capacity to offer an expanded service range to the Irish market. Working with new and existing customers the successful candidate will ensure that product development and positioning will meet with market demands.

    Engineering Manager

    Midlands - Ireland
    Site Engineering Leader and member of the site Management Team. An Electrical/Electronics engineer, with relevant engineering team management experience in electro-mechanical design, production and test development area, preferably in the medical device industry. Reporting to the Site Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the engineering team and related tasks including multiple engineering projects including driving projects to completion, analysis, modelling and other customer and supplier interactions, both locally and globally. Management of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while driving for completion of the business goals and objectives, while delivering to the company Values. Team development and partnering with other cross functional engineering teams to provide support to various production requirements while also engaging with employee development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic, financial, stakeholder engagement and administration experience at a senior management level. The General Manager will manage the business on a day to day basis as well as set and deliver the strategic growth objectives for the business in consultation with the Operations Director and Sales Director.

    QA Manager

    Midlands
    Reporting to the Senior Director of QA & Compliance (Europe), your role will be to assure quality products and processes, and Quality Standard Compliance by establishing, enforcing and maintaining quality MAP and compliant QMS. Establishes and maintains a permanent improvement process of the QA Organization and of the Quality System. Ensures the full compliance of QA activities with FDA, QSR, ISO 13485, Corporate Policies and other quality system requirements. Management of QA staff, and be the Management Quality representative inside and outside the plant (Competent Authorities / Notified Bodies, etc). Be an active and effective part of the Management team of the Site.

    General Manager (Manufacturing Industry)

    North Midlands (commutable from Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim, Longford, Cavan, Fermanagh, Mullingar)
    The position will be responsible for the overall management of the Irish site. It will have full accountability for the development and the delivery of the annual operating plan, employee safety, welfare, training and development, employee engagement and implementing the site’s lean operating system. The position will report to the Director, Global Operations with the following positions reporting directly to the General Manager:- Manufacturing Manager, Technical Manager, EHS & Maintenance Manager and Supply Chain Manager. The following positions will have a dotted reporting line to this position, Financial Controller, HR Manager and Commercial Manager.

    The Head of Supply Chain will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and will assume responsibility for delivering leading standards across the Supply chain from Factory to Customer. He /She will co-ordinate and control all the activities within the department to meet the salient targets and ensure excellence in Transport, Planning, Purchasing and People Management and in doing so will have a strategic role in driving the function’s performance. This person will be required to liaise directly with both internal and external stakeholders on all associated aspects of the business. There is significant people management dimension to this role.

    Automation Group Leader

    In the role of Automation Group Leader, you will be expected to provide effective leadership to a team of Automation Engineers & Technicians, and manage the project team from design concept to implementation of the automation solution. You will be expected to manage the delivery of all site automation requirements required to support the business through the use of internal and external resources; to develop relationships with external vendors to identify suitable resources that can be utilized to support issues resolution when required; to develop, execute and communicate a site automation strategy looking at long-term issues with support and reliability etc, and to develop medium to long-term capital investment plans for site automation systems.
