We are hiring for Finance Manager position, Reporting to the Group Head of Finance and will play a pivotal role in leading the financial reporting, planning and analysis activities for a key manufacturing site. As a member of the site leadership team, the successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to provide financial insight that drives business performance and supports strategic decision-making. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence operational excellence, capital investment, continuous improvement initiatives and long-term business growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide commercial and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the site.
- Lead, coach and develop the site finance team while contributing as a member of the site leadership team.
- Monitor site performance, analysing key operational metrics including yield, labour, energy, waste and conversion costs to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support audit and year-end financial processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong balance sheet management.
Essential Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Significant post-qualification finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment.
- Strong financial planning, reporting, forecasting and business partnering experience.
- Experience supporting operational and commercial decision-making with financial insights.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing finance team members.
- Experience supporting audits and year-end financial processes.

We are hiring for Health & Safety Manager, who will be Reporting to the Head of Site Operations and will lead the Health & Safety function across two manufacturing sites, providing both strategic direction and operational leadership. Working closely with site leadership teams and the Group Health & Safety function, the successful candidate will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with statutory and company standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence business performance, support major operational and capital projects, and embed Health & Safety as a core organisational priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Health & Safety across two manufacturing sites, ensuring a consistent approach to governance, compliance and best practice.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Health & Safety management systems, policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
- Ensure compliance with al relevant legislation and regulatory requirements through effective auditing, risk assessment and governance processes.
- Lead investigations into incidents, accidents and near misses, ensuring robust root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Partner with operational leadership teams to integrate Health & Safety into day-to-day manufacturing activities, organisational change and business planning.
- Provide Health & Safety leadership for engineering and capital investment projects, ensuring compliance throughout design, construction and commissioning.
Essential Requirements
- Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or working towards chartered status.
- Health & Safety leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, FMCG or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements. - Proven experience leading audits, inspections, investigations and compliance programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication and reporting capabilities.
- Full clean driving licence and ability to travel regularly between sites

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion – Ireland:
Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy in Ireland.
Strategic Development – Europe:
Expand the Business’s footprint across priority European medical device markets.
Team Leadership:
Contribute to the development, mentoring and coordination of the European Business Development team over the next 5 years.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and project execution.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, regulatory developments and industry trends.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development within the medical device, healthcare or contract manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with catheters, medical tubing, minimally invasive devices or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Existing network within the Irish MedTech market is a significant advantage.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Experience developing innovation strategies aligned with business growth and portfolio priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link R&D investment and technical decisions to customer value, market opportunity and financial return.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
