In this key commercial role, you’ll be responsible for managing major accounts within the consumer portfolio—covering both mainly branded and some own label products. Profile:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes/experience:
- Experience managing branded and/or own label FMCG accounts.
- Proven track record in growing sales and strengthening customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing P&Ls, joint business plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Solid understanding of the Irish retail sector.
- High levels of drive, energy, and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with two office days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic customer account plans to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts, JBPs, promotions, NPD and share of space across accounts.
- Champion the voice of the customer, driving cross-functional collaboration and customer focus.
- Lead customer projects from start to finish, ensuring outstanding delivery.
- Leverage insights and category trends to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Deliver against KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, NPD listings, and distribution.
- Maintain strong internal communication on projects impacting multiple departments.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and budgets
with precision.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established food and nutrition manufacturing facility in Co. Kilkenny. This role will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will play a key role in coordinating daily and strategic maintenance activity to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and safety across production.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes/experience:
A third-level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
Strong leadership and team coaching experience in a maintenance or manufacturing setting.
Deep understanding of maintenance best practices.
Proficiency in RCA and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Solid experience with SAP PM/MM or similar CMMS tools.
Excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily and weekly maintenance planning and handover meetings.
Oversee both reactive and preventative maintenance activities in line with production schedules.
Deliver and monitor departmental KPIs to support site performance.
Support site audits, customer requirements, and root cause investigations (RCA).
Champion health & safety practices including permit controls (LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space) and contractor management.
Act as the Maintenance Lead on site projects, including new equipment setup, criticality analysis, and PM schedule development.
Drive best practice in maintenance systems, such as condition-based monitoring (CBM), vibration analysis, and thermal imaging.
Liaise closely with operations, offering technical support across production plants.

Job Summary
This is a newly created role within a growing business, responsible for high volume manufacturing operations. Establish standards of performance, measure results, analyse workflow and troubleshoot problems.
Experience
At least 5 years’ high volume manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience in a medical device or plastics or plastic packaging business, ideally with knowledge of injection moulding manufacturing.
Skills
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Able to analyse performance data and present actionable insights.
Able to influence and collaborate with all levels of the business.
A results-driven approach with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of lean manufacturing.
Role Responsibilities
Maintain a safe environment, enforce safety procedures/policies.
Manage the performance of the production facility, including resourcing, manpower, and efficiency.
Monitor production data (downtime, waste, non-conformances) and implement solutions.
Monitor plant performance by shift, creating goals and reviewing tracking metrics.
Implement and uphold ISO 13485 standards, ensuring GMP compliance and product quality
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

We're seeking a seasoned Director of QA to lead Quality Assurance across global manufacturing, distribution and supplier operations. A key member of the Global Quality Leadership Team, you'll drive a strong quality culture, ensure compliance and lead continuous improvement efforts across a complex, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support QA teams across manufacturing plants, distribution, and contract manufacturing sites
- Ensure global compliance with ISO, FDA, and international regulatory standards
- Oversee QMS improvement, risk management, and audit readiness

- Build cross-site process standardization and best-in-class QA practices

Experience required:

- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferredSkilled in Lean/Six Sigma, risk-based sampling, and ERP systems

- Expertise in injection moulding, automated assembly equipment and packaging machinery is highly desirable.Knowledge of utility operations (compressors, chillers, dust extraction) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Quality processes such as Process Control, Change Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Validation.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving performance and cultural change.
- Continuous Improvement mindset (CI certification desirable).
- Degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
