- Cultivate and empower a highly skilled and motivated team. Provide strong, inspirational leadership across all facets of operations.
- Effectively manage relationships with shareholders and stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and expand industry networks.
- Provide comprehensive progress reports and collaborate effectively with the Board of Directors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Proven management expertise, particularly in scaling production scenarios in regulated environments.
- Strong project management skills, especially with major infrastructure projects.
- Deep familiarity with regulatory compliance management.
- MUST HAVE: Track record of successful equity fundraising.
- MUST HAVE: successful exiting or previous experience with a life science company.
- Excellent financial acumen and literacy.
- Outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Agritech, or Medtech sectors.
- Advanced education in Medical, Sciences, Engineering, or Finance.
- Collaborative skills for establishing productive working relationships.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver on business objectives within deadlines.

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of production at our clients state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive efficiency, quality, safety and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business goals.
- Operations & Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage the operations team, ensuring an optimized organizational structure and a robust people management system.
- Site Leadership: Play a key role in the site leadership team, contributing to site-wide projects and initiatives.Production Performance: Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning to maximize efficiency.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing improvement measures as needed.
- Safety & Risk Management: Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce robust safety programs.Inventory & Cost Control: Optimize inventory levels, manage budgets, and drive cost-effective operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Management within a high volume/highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in world-class manufacturing environments, utilizing TPM, Six Sigma, and SAP.
- Expertise in injection moulding, automated assembly equipment and packaging machinery is highly desirable.Knowledge of utility operations (compressors, chillers, dust extraction) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Quality processes such as Process Control, Change Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Validation.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving performance and cultural change.
- Continuous Improvement mindset (CI certification desirable).
- Degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
