Micheál Coughlan, initiator of the InterSearch Life  Sciences Practice Group and Group leader for Europe, has worked with a variety  of organizations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for  executive appointments.

The  positions recently completed in life sciences and healthcare manufacturing are  Human Resources Managers, International Sales Managers, Operations Managers and  R&D Managers.

Micheál holds a degree in commerce from NUI Galway and a master’s degree in human resources management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Rodrigo Donoso,  the Life Sciences Practice Group team leader for Americas, has worked with a  variety of organizations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for  executive appointments.

The  positions recently completed in life sciences and healthcare manufacturing are  Country Manager, Clinical Operations Managers, Human Resources Managers,  Project Managers, Sales Managers, among others.

Rodrigo  is an economics graduate with over 10 years of experience in executive search  and HR consulting. He has been a member of the InterSearch Board of Directors since  2011.

Lotika Mahindra, as the leader of the Life Sciences / Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals Practice, Lotika is a key member of InterSearch’s senior consulting team. She has successfully led and executed critical and complex leadership hiring assignments for multinational corporations as well as leading Indian organizations.

Her decade long experience in the executive search industry spans many segments but primarily the lifesciences, pharma and healthcare, R&D / innovation, consumer and manufacturing sectors. Additionally she actively leads the development of knowledge solutions and provides leadership, direction and structure to highly qualified distributed, multi-location research teams.

Previously, she has worked with such organizations as IFC (World Bank) and Airtel in roles with high external interface and marquee client management responsibilities.

In addition to her degree in political science from the Delhi University, she has completed a four-year esngineering program from the Aptech Institute.
