Trond Hess is highly experienced and has thorough knowledge of the contractor and supply industry, particularly pertaining to the fields of drilling and wells, subsea, business development and supply chain management. His experience with recruitment ranges from top- and middle-management to senior specialists.

Trond has management experience from the oil and gas industry, telecom and IT. He is also skilled in strategy work, project management and sales and marketing.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in international marketing, negotiation and management from BI Norwegian School of Management.

John Robinson's association with the Middle East is extensive and goes back over 35 years. After leaving McKinsey in London, he lived in Kuwait from 1977 to 1986 as Head of Organisation & Manpower Planning with Kuwait Oil Company, where he gained a solid understanding of the culture and business environment of the region.

John joined InterSearch in 1991, when he established InterSearch Australia to focus on recruiting international specialist candidates from around the world to work in the Middle East region. John has always taken positions of responsibility and has acted as Board Director in InterSearch Worldwide for three years and was also Chairman of the Standards & Quality Committee.

Prior to his executive search career, John was both in HR Management and senior leadership roles with organizations in UK, Middle East and Australia. John then established InterSearch in the Gulf by opening the first office in Dubai in 1998 and since that time has supported clients in the Gulf with his extensive knowledge and experience of recruiting in the region.

John's sector strengths include: oil/gas and petrochemicals, banking and finance, manufacturing, industrial, family companies, professional services and metals industries.
He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
