20 years combined executive search and in-house recruitment experience across Europe, Middle East, Africa & APAC within financial services. Her career with InterSearch commenced in 1996 in Australia, and continues today in the Middle East.

She personally executes executive search assignments in the Banking & Finance sector and has been the InterSearch Worldwide Industry Group Leader since 2013, which is responsible for proactively developing cross border relationships across the InterSearch Worldwide network of almost 90 offices in over 40 countries.

InterSearch offers a depth of experience partnering with a variety of clients across the full spectrum of senior-to-mid level executives in Retail, Wholesale Banking, Payments; as well as for Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms and Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Samantha has previously worked internally with the HR teams of Merrill Lynch & BP International in London UK, as well as Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, UAE. She holds a Bachelor of Science, major in Psychology, University of Melbourne, Australia.
